MoldyFun.com Warranty and Replacement Policy
A 3 year warranty is available for all moldyfun.com silicone mold owners
Subject to registration of ownership within one month of purchase (through subscribing on moldyfun.com) we will continue to support and replace at no charge any silicone mold units returned to our office after the warranty period where the fault would have been covered as below.
All freight, duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the owner.

MoldyFun’s policy is to achieve service for the customer in as short a time as is practical. Provided the damaged mold is evidenced through photo sent to us at email@example.com and the damaged mold returned to our warehouse address: SDOG001 Sleeping Dog Trading C/O Product Nation, Unit 115/116, Anglesey Bus. Park, Littleworth Rd., CANNOCK, Staffs WS12 1NR by recorded delivery, the customer will usually be sent a replacement mold immediately. The replacement will be provided on a new for old basis, of an equivalent standard to the damaged mold returned. MoldyFun keeps the returned unit. On occasions MoldyFun will work with the customer to effect correct operation of the mold if there is incorrect use of the product before swapping units.
Where the mold is returned outside the warranty period, the customer is responsible for freight costs. Freight costs are to and from MoldyFun in Oleans, NY, USA or Cannock, Staffs, United Kingdom whichever is closer.
